Have you been diagnosed with uterine prolapse? You’re not alone. I’ve been exactly where you are, but I am now prolapse-free, having healed the condition using only natural methods and an holistic approach.
I was recently interviewed by healer and intuitive, Rebecca Dettman, for her Soul Doctor Show podcast—specifically for her Womb Worship episode. This was the first time I had spoken publicly about my four-year journey holistically healing what is one of the Western world’s most common health conditions.
The uterine prolapse topic is one I’m deeply passionate about, particularly as so many women feel that surgery may be the only option to heal what is essentially a body out of balance. I am evidence that it is NOT the only option.
While there is no quick fix if you choose to heal uterine prolapse naturally (in my case second-degree uterine prolapse), I am proof that it absolutely can be reversed if you’re willing to do the work.
I have recently released (February 22, 2020) a book, Healing Prolapse: Journey Within, which includes my story, what I know to be true from my own healing, and inspiration that may support you on your own unique healing journey. It is available on my website as PDF download here, or on Amazon as Kindle or paperback. You can find it on Amazon here.
My Facebook prolapse holistic healing support group can be found here.
PLEASE NOTE: The books above are currently unavailable, as I am launching a new, comprehensive holistic healing guide in the coming months. Please join my newsletter for updates.
If you’re experiencing prolapse, please know you’re not alone, even though it’s a condition that seems to be shrouded in secrecy. Women just don’t want to talk about their body parts failing them. While I understand that, uterine prolapse is an issue I personally cannot be silent about.

Uterine prolapse goes well beyond the physical, even though physical work is part of the required work to heal. This is also an emotional, mental and spiritual issue.
I will be sharing much about my healing journey here (relevant to all women, regardless if you have uterine prolapse or not), as well as in my monthly newsletter, which you can sign up for here.
In the meantime, take a listen to Rebecca’s podcast below.
