Chilli Chocolate Smoothie

This delicious treat from chef and yoga teacher Maz Pugoy is packed full of libido-boosting foods like almonds, bananas and the superfood powder maca. It’s also a rich source of vitamins and minerals, helping to boost energy levels and vitality.

Serves 2

  • 2 large organic bananas segmented and frozen
  • ½ cup organic almonds
  • 2 heaped tbs raw organic cacao powder
  • 2 heaped tsp maca powder
  • 2 large medjool dates pitted
  • 500 ml of coconut water (or filtered water)
  • A sprinkling of organic chilli powder to taste

Blend all in ingredients in a high speed blender, along with a whole lot of love until super smooth. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!
